ICSI CS Professional Application Form
Before filling the ICSI CS Professional application form, candidates must have fulfilled the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
- CS Professional exam is the final level in Company Secretaryship. Candidates who have cleared their Executive examinations will be eligible to undertake Professional Programme.
- The candidate is supposed to register for the ICSI CS Professional Programme nine months before the month in which the examination commences to be admitted to the programme.
- A candidate registered six months before the examination month may be allowed to appear in any one or two module(s) of the Professional Programme.
- The candidate must have undergone postal or oral tuition for the modules in which he/she intends to appear in the examination.

ICSI CS Professional registrations are open throughout the year. Candidates must be aware of the last date for ICSI CS Professional registration 2025 single and all modules.
